4. Payments

  • Payment must be completed before any work begins.
  • No work will start without full or agreed-upon upfront payment.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is possible if no work has started.

5.2 After Work Begins

Once any part of the project has started:

  • Research

  • Drafts

  • Design work

  • Layout preparation

  • Development work

5.3 Digital Products

All digital files, templates, or deliverables are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for the project

  • Submit required content (text, logo, images, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Review drafts and provide feedback promptly

Failure to respond within 14 days may result in delays or project suspension.

7. Usage & Misuse Disclaimer

The client is solely responsible for:

  • All content published on their website

  • Legal and regulatory compliance in their country

  • Copyright, privacy, and business requirements

We are not responsible for any misuse, illegal activity, or consequences resulting from actions taken by the client or third parties.

8. Third-Party Interference

If any third party (developer, freelancer, agency, plugin service) modifies the website:

  • All warranties and support become void

  • We do not guarantee functionality or security afterward

  • Fixing issues caused by third parties will be billed separately

9. Support & Maintenance

We provide:

  • Free support during the project execution period

  • Bug fixes, minor adjustments, and performance improvements

Support remains valid only if:

  • No third party modifies the website

  • The client follows hosting/security instructions

  • No unauthorized plugins or settings are added

Extended support plans may be purchased separately.

10. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines vary depending on:

  • Selected package

  • Client response speed

  • Design complexity

  • Submission of required content

Delays caused by the client are not the company’s responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

  • We retain rights to drafts, design concepts, and source files unless explicitly transferred.

  • The final website becomes the client’s property after full payment.

  • We may display the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing harmful content

  • Hosting copyrighted materials without permission

Service may be terminated if prohibited use is detected.

13. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR-Compliant)

We collect only the information necessary to process your order.

We:

  • Do not sell your data

  • Do not share your data except when required for service delivery

  • Store data securely

  • Allow clients to access, edit, or delete their personal data on request

EU clients retain all GDPR rights.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hosting issues or downtime

  • Client-side errors

  • Security breaches caused by weak passwords or third-party plugins

  • Consequential or indirect damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. Termination of Service

  • Payment is not completed or is disputed

  • The client behaves unprofessionally or abusively

  • The service is used illegally

Refunds will not be issued for terminations caused by the client.
