5.2 After Work Begins

5.3 Digital Products

6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Submit required content (text, logo, images, etc.) in a timely manner
Review drafts and provide feedback promptly
Failure to respond within 14 days may result in delays or project suspension.
7. Usage & Misuse Disclaimer
The client is solely responsible for:
All content published on their website
Legal and regulatory compliance in their country
Copyright, privacy, and business requirements
We are not responsible for any misuse, illegal activity, or consequences resulting from actions taken by the client or third parties.
8. Third-Party Interference
If any third party (developer, freelancer, agency, plugin service) modifies the website:
All warranties and support become void
We do not guarantee functionality or security afterward
Fixing issues caused by third parties will be billed separately
9. Support & Maintenance
We provide:
Free support during the project execution period
Bug fixes, minor adjustments, and performance improvements
Support remains valid only if:
No third party modifies the website
The client follows hosting/security instructions
No unauthorized plugins or settings are added
Extended support plans may be purchased separately.
10. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines vary depending on:
Selected package
Client response speed
Design complexity
Submission of required content
Delays caused by the client are not the company’s responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property
We retain rights to drafts, design concepts, and source files unless explicitly transferred.
The final website becomes the client’s property after full payment.
We may display the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
Illegal or fraudulent activities
Spamming, phishing, or distributing harmful content
Hosting copyrighted materials without permission
Service may be terminated if prohibited use is detected.
13. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR-Compliant)

Refunds will not be issued for terminations caused by the client.
